Watched the documentary "The Waiting Room" last night and it really deserves some praise.
It's unconventional in that you seem like simply an observer and no narrator is preaching to you. You can form your own opinion and I do think that conclusion could vary from person to person and even from one viewing to the next. It caused me to question some of my own core beliefs, and that's rare.
I also don't think one could watch without feeling some gratitude for their own relative good fortune.
To me it was riveting, and it's biggest flaw was simply some technical limitations of the sound production...easily addressed by turning up the volume in spots.
If one were building a library of important documentaries, it would fit in there.
