A guy that I work with (he has a PhD in pharmacy) was talking to me today about a study that was just published regarding Resveratrol and its amazing antioxidant effects in mice.
There is little evidence to demonstrate that this will be effective in humans, but the benefits could do wonders for those of us who tend to have bad diet habits or bad genetics.
I haven't had any bloodwork done lately, so I'm not sure what my cholesterol and triglyceride levels are currently, but with heart disease being in my genetics, this is something I am very interested in watching develop.
