You guys really need to sign up for their free catalog. It's fun to look through. Their hams look delicious. Everything in their catalog looks delicious. I saw a special about Dakin Farm and how they prepare their hams on the food channel a while back.
I just got their new Spring Catalog. When an occasion arises, I'm going to order one of their hams and some of their very own pure Vermont Maple Syrup.

UPDATE
6 six years later, I finally placed an order from Dakin Farm in Vermont.
this Thanksgiving Holiday I ordered 2 cob-smoked, maple cured turkeys and 1 spiral sliced, bone-in, maple cured, cob-smoked, and maple-glazed ham.
Final Analysis
Everyone (about 20 or so relatives) raved about how delicious the turkeys and ham were. Best they had ever eaten.
I will be ordering from Dakin Farm next thanksgiving as well.
