"VAPA" stands for "Veterans Against Police Abuse." He is some nutjob who owns a Mitsubishi Eclipse that he customized with armor plating, bulletproof windows and a bunch of cameras because he is worried about getting killed by the police. Probably one of the more off the reservation posters in shaggy history, which is saying quite a bit.

I can see myself going over there for some of the movie and TV discussions, but yeah, some of the same old people making the same old posts 500 times a day. And within a day most of them had already restarted so many threads that should have just died.
