I'm seeing the phrase "back channel communications" being used quite a bit in coaching rumor discussions by people who want to seem like they are connected and in the know. Pretty tired of that one.

Using the "Fighting __________" to refer to a team. I've had Baseball Tonight/Rangers game on in the background for the last couple hours and I think they've referred to Cleveland as the "Fighting Franconas" at least 3 times. It's not funny.

I've been doing it as a bit because of the overuse of hash tags. My group of friends has even taken it to the level of talking in hash tags.

I think I have hidden so many people on FB that I basically see:

    Jackson pics
Tim and Shelley's daily booze & restaurant updates
    Temple Wildcat athletics
    Wrestling Old School
This girl from high school's constant posts about her rabbit shows

"Gut" when it comes to digestive health. It is so annoying.

It's so funny you say that.

I recently Googled the term trying to prove improper usage because so many are using it broadly now. But no, apparently it's a term for the entire digestive system. Mouth to Anus.

AND a staggering fact about "Gut Flora"...

The human body carries about 100 trillion microorganisms in its intestines, a number ten times greater than the total number of human cells in the body.[2][3][4][5][6] The metabolic activities performed by these bacteria resemble those of an organ, leading some to liken gut bacteria to a "forgotten" organ.[7] It is estimated that these gut flora have around a hundred times as many genes in aggregate as there are in the human genome.[8]

If you wanna pollute your tea with sugar, that's your business. I don't give a flip.

But why am I the one that has to qualify when ordering ? "Un", "Un", I said "UN-sweetened", you bitch.

When did sugar become something you take away, not add ? Am I going to have to ask for "unsweet coffee" in my future ? uncheesed hamburger ? (Would not eat that). What about a non-black-peppered salad ?

It's a damn condiment.

I've actually used and heard the term Dad Bod for quite sometime. It just blew up this week because of that article that chick from Clemson wrote.
