Help!

My playoffs start this week and I have the same problem in both leagues. I have Cedric Benson as my #2 and Ricky Williams as my #3 back....Ced is playing the Vikings and Ricky is playing the Jags. I benched Ced earlier in the year against the Steelers and Ravens and got burned. What do you think? Ced or Ricky?

According to footballguys.com Ricky is a slightly better option.

I need to start one of Norwood, Snelling, or M. Bell - with Matt Ryan out I think either of the ATL backs is bad, but M. Bell isn't stellar either. Thoughts?

I saw something last week or the week before that Minnesota hasn't allowed a running back to get double digit fantasy points all year. Or maybe one had done it. I sat Forte that week and he had 8 points, I think.
