I enjoyed the first episode, but I can't beleive how ham-fisted the writers were with the political parallels.

Also,
Spoiler: show
was it supposed to be so blatently obvious that Elizabeth Mitchell's partner was a mole for the visitors?

Certainly contrived at times, but I enjoyed it and will keep watching.

And in regards to the preview for next week.
Spoiler: show
They shouldn't have showed the FBI partner/alien coming back to life

I try not to watch previews... they're usually pointless, but sometimes have spoilers like that.

I thought it was okay... loved seeing Elizabeth Mitchell's character wake up with the camera on her eye, ala LOST.

I also thought it was funny to see another spare Party of Five cast member helping anchor an ABC series.

I really like this show. It is a much improved version of the earlier tv series.

Maybe I'm off base here, but I'm pretty sure this show is saying Obama is an alien lizard.

Looks like it has been scheduled to go on hiatus. Hmmm... looking for new writers?
As production of the fourth episode of V wrapped, it was announced on November 3, 2009 that Scott Rosenbaum had been named executive producer and showrunner of the series, with Peters and Hall remaining as executive producers.[4] Production on the remaining nine episodes will resume in January 2010.[4]

They used to put Lost on extended hiatus in the middle of a season all the time, so rest assured that it's not some evil liberal conspriacy.
