Didn't see that one. He deserves to go then if he is still posting stupid crap a day after getting in huge trouble.

Oh wait you meant Rhynes said that.

Disregard my above post then.

The bad news is thst Bacsik got fired for something like this. The good news is that I'll never have to suffer through another Bacsik segment on the Ticket.

There is some pretty good Late Night Ticket going on right now.

I had to drive to Tyler and back yesterday for work so got in a good amount of Ticket listening.

Lemme get this straight, they're all out in the woods somewhere east of Dallas camping out??? (or 'in camping' as Mike Rhyner out it)

They literally talked zero sports the whole time. I was impressed.

The "east of Dallas" stuff was a smokescreen to throw P1s off the scent.

They were actually in Grand Prairie in Lloyd Park at Joe Pool Lake

http://www.joe-pool-lake.org/loyd-park.html

But yeah...I was totally unenthused about this whole thing and didn't think much of it but it was certainly better than the last couple of Compounds they've done. Probably helped by just being for one day/night though.

That is when they are at their best. I normally tune out and fire up the iPod when they actually talk sports.

Norm's been talking WAY too much horse racing lately. I'll switch over to Ben & Skin for bad Norm segments and commercials. They have been almost entirely schtick-free since moving to 103.3. I think they're a decent alternative.

The Fan is utterly unlistenable at all hours.

Ticket segments that drain my will to live:

1. Any segment where they talk about TV. If I didn't watch the show, I don't give a fuck. If I did watch the show, I don't need them to tell me about it.
2. Fight Night talk.
3. Corby trying to talk baseball.

Good summary.
why don't you run back to the sandbox where the rest of the kids are playing so the adults can have a discussion...it's over there....you see Howie, he's over there with PMS knocking over other kids sandcastles...looks like fun.

Cumulus is the devil. They are forcing the sports stations to start pushing this kind of stuff. Listening to the Sports Animal is akin to having acid poured on your balls.

Something extremely major is brewing. I heard last night there was something big going on, then Richie Whitt referred to it on his blog, then Dan gave a very awkward dismount at the end of WTDS. He gave Mike a hug and choked up and told him he was his leader.
