Was on ESPN last night. The amatuer guy kept getting incredible cards. 3 or 4 times on the final table some guy went all in against him with better cards, and the community cards changed the outcome.

Not to mention the high pairs he was pulling.

I watched that last week sometime. I don't think there is that much strategy involved when you are playing Texas Hold 'Em pretty much every time. There is playing the other players, but as far as controlling your hand there isn't much.

At least in other games, you might fold too soon or stay in too long, etc.
