Hat Creek Burgers

We had Hat Creek for lunch today...pretty damn good. Almost as good as P Terry's...almost. The shake was better, though.

The burger was bigger if that is a complaint of yours about P Terry's.

Pretty good. Their lettuce seemed, I dunno, leafier... sort of took away from the taste of the patty. It was also a little more expensive.

I didn't try the shake, because it was 40 degrees at the time, but I'll be back.

I had eaten these at baseball games, but figured I'd reserve judgment until I ate at one of the restaurants, and man....glad I did, 'caus that is one good f'ing burger!!! It reminded me a lot of the P Terry's offering, but I actually prefer Hat Creek for the reason you mentioned.....they're bigger. I also like the bun more, but that grilled onion and mushroom option must be taken advantage of as it really made the burger. However, I would strongly urge you to not get the bacon.......it was chewy and soggy, so I actually took it off.....the second burger I bought.....what can I say, I was nursing a massive hangover. I didn't try the shake either, but the fries were awesome.....an overall really good experience, and I'll definitely go back.
